I have over 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and 2 years as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. A lifetime of sports and exercise has led me to become a personal trainer which, in turn, allows me to do my passion as a job! Throughout my 5+ years in the field, I have tried and tested many exercise fads, protocols and “hacks” with hundreds of clients and developed an approach that works.
After suffering an injury which tore every ligament in my ankle, I dedicated myself to building a protocol which will maximise results in fitness and simultaneously building a resilient body so you can reach your goals with minimum risk of injury.
You will reach all of your goals using the same strength and condition protocols used by professional athletes but tailored to your body and schedule. Feel fitter, stronger, more confident and more capable than ever.

I was training 2 years every week with harryson and trust me he is amazing push me always. Everything you do it’s for fix something he knows I pass from 20/25% to 55% of muscle mass without cardio.
I really enjoy to workout with him.

Harrison has been great in helping to define my initial goals and then help me to achieve them. Routines are varied and balanced, taking into account my initial strength and targeting specific areas to improve. He strikes a great balance between constantly pushing improvement while making sure this is achievable and in support of my targets. Highly recommended.

I’ve been training with Harrison for almost 2 years. He is a great trainer - calm and approachable, but always seems to get that extra rep out of you! Workouts are tailored to be challenging but achievable and have definitely made a huge difference to my strength and overall fitness, as well as working on long term injuries and niggles. Big thank you to Harrison who expertly helped me to achieve my goals (overall body strengthening, preparing my body for skiing as well as recovering after a ankle sprain). I can see the changes and feel the benefits after 3 months work, and he put me back on track to continue the journey. He is professional, very knowledgeable and kind too.
