Hi I’m Heather, a personal trainer with a passion for instilling healthy habits through nutrition, education and exercise! Exercise has always had a place in my life. I’ve been playing football since the age of 11 and love hiking around Europe.

For me exercise isn’t about aesthetics, it’s about physical and mental strength, not just within a gym but for everyday life. I’m keen to try new sports and take on adventurous challenges, whilst maintaining a healthy life at home.

My goal for my personal training? Making exercise an enjoyable part of your routine. Together, we’ll work on your mobility, functionality and overall well-being during in-person sessions. I will not only help you meet your health goals but also arm you with the knowledge for a balanced lifestyle.

I’ve worked with Heather for the past few weeks and still am. I was nervous in the gym after my physical Health went on a decline and I wasn’t strong as before the full body programmed is showing me that I am getting stronger and I can see it in everyday life. started training with Heather after years of not setting foot in a gym! I’d never had a PT before either, so structured and targeted strength training was completely new to me; but after my first session, knew they would be something I was going to enjoy and look forward to.
Heather showed me how to perform each exercise correctly, giving me the knowledge and motivation to keep me focused and targeted and pushed me when she could see something in me, that I couldn’t see in myself!

Joining Heather as a PT she has given me the confidence around the gym and more understanding. While working with Heather she understands my needs and goals and works out the correct plan to work with me. She encourages me at all times and she gives me that little nudge that I need when I think I can’t do it but she knows I can. Heather has been supporting me over the past nine months. I hadn’t been in a gym for
several decades and now I’m ‘middle-aged’ I wanted to build strength and develop my
muscles. Heather created a training programme to meet these goals and continually
encourages me to push myself and I’m pleased to say I have surpassed them all and now
have new targets. I was keen to be able to deadlift with correct form and Heather taught me
to do this. I am totally blind, and Heather adapted her training style to explain and
demonstrate how to use all the gym machines and also free weights. I’m so thankful to

I joined the gym with the mindset of ‘I need to lose weight’. It wasn’t about getting stronger, fitter or healthier at the time. I really struggled at the start with what to do, what order to do things in and pottered about the gym- it’s better than doing nothing right? This is where things changed, I decided to do PT with Heather- she completely changed my mindset, yes I wanted to loose weight still but, going to the gym alone wasn’t going to do this, the gym was a tool to help with it, by becoming fitter, stronger and healthier. Heather pushed me in all the right directions, but she’s also very understanding when life happens, illness happens, she’s realistic and that’s what I needed! There were days where I didn’t feel like I wanted to go the gym but Heather has always been a message away and she’s encouraged me to go, it’s that push I needed! My knowledge on fitness is ten folds to what it used to be because I’ve learnt so much from doing PT with Heather such as learning the correct form and when my form is out I now know it’s out, therefore reducing chance of injury. Even down to breathing technique, I just wouldn’t know what I know now, without Heather!

Heather always listens to you and with her incredible knowledge makes workouts to suit you, there’s no generic workouts with Heather. They are tailored FOR YOU! I honestly can’t thank her enough for being THE best PT, she is always there whether it’s gym related or if I just need a chat, she’s become a really good friend aswell as my PT. I have progressed with my strength so much, and this wouldn’t have been possible without her.

If you’re thinking about PT, stop thinking and message Heather. I promise, you will gain so much- knowledge, strength, better mental health, better physical health. It’s the best thing I ever did! She’s amazing!

I was recommended Heather as a PT as I had a painful spinal problem that was affecting my mobility to be able to do everyday activities. and I had not been able to do any physical training for a number of months without causing more discomfort and pain. Heather has a unique holistic training approach and created a bespoke gentle functional and mobility programme that I could do pain free, really enjoy and build on. Within a few weeks I already started to see improvement in my everyday movement. After 3 months I have been able to move onto nutritional support, and a re-conditioning and strength training programme that Heather has created entirely around my individual and lifestyle needs. Heather monitors every lift, posture and movement while I train to make sure that I am always aligned correctly and working in way that suits my mobility needs and keeps me pain free.

Heather has taught me that no movement has to be painful to achieve what you need, and to never underestimate the value of stripping back training to achieve even more!

Heather helped me gain so much confidence with the gym after having a serious knee injury. Making it fun but still pushing me along the way. Every pt session was always catered to my needs and what I wanted from the session and heather provided support outside our gym sessions too such as nutrition and just general well being. I Would definitely recommend heather for a PT .
