I’m Holly, the coach behind Evana Training. With a background in elite gymnastics and a degree in Human Biology, I’ve spent years understanding how the body moves, adapts, and performs. My own experience with high-level sport and injury taught me that real progress isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters.

Evana Training is a movement towards strength with purpose: training that is intentional, evolving, and balanced. There’s space for ease and flow and equally for challenge and high performance.

My mission is to help you train with purpose and work toward real progress, building strength through appreciation for the body, not at the expense of it. I focus on movement quality, education, and consistent, sustainable improvement so you can build confidence, train smarter, and feel capable in your everyday life and athletic pursuits.
