I am an international and Olympic sprinter who specialises in the sprint and hurdles events. Having competed in an array of international fixtures including the 2012 Olympic Games, 2010 Commonwealth Games, World championships, volunteering in the 2022 Birmingham commonwealth games as a performer, and African Championships, as well as training at the Senegal high performance training centre for 2 years on an Olympic Scholarship, I know how to bring a whole new dynamic to the training game.

I hold a level 2 UKA coach licence, level 3 personal training licence as well as gym based boxing, circuit training, spin licence and a level 4 diploma in nutrition. I am the reigning Berkshire County champion for 100m as well as the silver medalist in the 200m. I am also part of the Reading AC club record 4x100m team which put us as the fastest club team in the UK, and won Reading AC’s coach of the year in 2023.

My training style is completely different from others you may have seen and is guaranteed to get results, whilst remaining challenging and enjoyable at all times. I cater for everyone from beginners to elite sport performers and push everyone to their limits. I have produced athletes that have competed and won gold, silver and bronze medal through club, county, English schools, premier league and national level. My daughter and I have been training with Ibrahim for a couple of months now. When I first started the sessions I had terrible back issues but they went after 3 sessions as I strengthened my core. Ibrahim is training my daughter for sprints and she is making great progress. It is great to have the personal focus to push us beyond our limits and improve our fitness levels.

I have been training with Ibrahim for a month.
The conversation between me and him has been very good throughout and he has always been there to answer my questions, if I had any. I am training with Ibrahim once a week but I am in the gym 4 times a week. Yesterday it's been the first time someone told me I look very fit so I am happy my hard work is starting to pay off. The training programmes are different from week to week which doesn't give you the chance to get bored. The degree of difficulty makes me always challenge myself which I really enjoy.
Ibrahim builds up my training programmes purposefully to help me reach my long term goals. My husband and I are week 3 working with Ibrahim, each session has been excellent, a complete different approach to strength training than anything we have ever experienced, mixed in with some aerobic training.
