My passion for health and fitness started from a young age and developed into a successful career playing football at an elite level. Most notably playing for Dorking Wanderers F.C. during their rise to the National League. Using knowledge from my own experience and having worked with top level PT's and Strength and Conditioning coaches. I am now excited to work with you, to help you reach your own health and fitness goals.

I booked a PT session with Isaac following an injury to my back, which meant I couldn't work out for a while. I was very nervous to lift weights again, and I didn't know where to start. Isaac very gently got me started and put together a great plan that I could follow easily. I have come a long way in just a few months, and I am feeling so much better and confident that I won't injure my back again through training. Isaac takes the longevity path with me rather than rushing, but gives me confidence to lift a little more each time. He's also easy to chat to :)

I've been having 1 session a week for two months now with Isaac.
I look forward to coming to my sessions as I never know what ill be doing on the day apart from the normal workout exercises.

I had my first session with Phil today. Phil adapted the session to fit my needs and level and I had a great workout. He explained every exercise, posture, muscle, etc. He also gave me guidance for workouts to do on my own. Thanks Phil!

Isaac gave me a great complimentary session and was more than generous with his time to show me how everything works and making sure my form was correct. He then created a personalised plan for my goals and was very approachable and understanding of my current situation - he adapted the programme accordingly.
