I started training at 16 years old, during the main lockdown period. Like most people I struggled with the effects of isolation. During this time I found fitness as an amazing asset to my health as I quickly gained interest in this new part of my life, forming an ambition to progress my knowledge and performance in the area.

After nearly 3 years of training I have come to understand that there is always something to learn and actively look for new information or ideas being shown to the industry. I actively strive to make the fitness community a more informed, comfortable and community driven space, for everyone to be able to be their best self in and outside of the gym

I feel I would be neglecting duty as a trainer, if I didn’t ensure my clients have the best possible understanding of how to achieve their goals. I actively encourage people’s curiosity and ability to ask questions that I am always free to answer.

I’ve been training for a while at home and hadn’t really been getting anywhere, so decided to join a gym and get a PT to help with a proper training program and some much needed motivation. I am so glad I have signed up with Jack, he’s friendly, professional and his passion for fitness is very evident. The initial consultation was thorough and he made me feel comfortable with the process. During the training Jack explains how the exercises impact the area you are working on, checks your form and encourages you to squeeze out those extra reps to make sure you are getting the most out of the workout. I’m really enjoying my new fitness journey and buzzing for my next session.
