Hey, I'm Jack, a Personal Trainer based at Newquay Leisure World.
My fitness journey began in 2018 when I began rock climbing, kick starting my health transformation. I was living an unsustainable life of night shifts, junk food and alcohol - my health was on the decline. Exercise brought me to a new place within myself. Through consistency and the support of others, my choices, habits and body started to change for the better. In the last couple of years I have focused on resistance training and calisthenics and have gained around 10kg lean mass, transforming my physique. My own transformation showed me what's possible when you combine patience, consistency, and the right approach whilst having fun with it! I quickly became inspired to help others discover their own potential.

I believe fitness should feel achievable, not overwhelming. Find out what works, build strength both physically and mentally, and enjoy the process along the way. I am all about creating a supportive, judgement-free environment where you can work towards your goals at your own pace and most importantly - not go it alone.
