I’m Jacek Hacia, a London-based boxing coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer. I’ve spent years coaching clients of all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to people aged 70+ — helping them build strength, confidence, and fitness that lasts.

My background includes working alongside World, European, and Olympic Champions, which shaped my standards for technical detail, smart conditioning, and professional coaching. I specialise in boxing skills development, strength & conditioning, fat loss and body composition, and posture-focused training.

Jack was initially recommended to me by a friend, and I started private boxing lessons with him a few weeks ago. He is very professional, and isn't afraid to spend time tweaking every small detail. As a result I've improved a lot. I would highly recommend him.

Jack is a very professional and knowledgeable trainer. The thing that differentiates him from others in my opinion is his focus on form and how he catches the little mistakes you make. Also the mental cues he gives really helps to get the form and technique down. He is also really jovial and a great trainer to have all in all

Jack is an excellent coach—very attentive to form and always makes sure I’m moving correctly. He’s been especially careful with my knee, taking things at the right pace so I can recover safely without pushing too fast. He puts a big emphasis on proper form, which I used to overlook before, and has introduced me to lots of exercises that focus on improving my mobility, while teaching me the correct way to do them to prevent injuries. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to train smart, safely, and effectively.

Jack knows what he's doing. He makes you do exercises thats is best suited for your body. Gives nutritional advice and is always available outside of the session hours if I need advice on something. Went to city boxing for a beginners class & was way out of my depth having never boxed before. Jack came over and helped me out and he was so helpful I decided to continue 1-2-1 session with him. It’s been 8 weeks and I have much better form, I can see just how much I’ve improved. He is very patient and tailors our lessons to my abilities and what I want to achieve that week. But more than that, he makes it fun! I definitely would have given up by now had I not decided to go for his 1-2-1 classes.

I've been training with Jack for both Boxing and strength training for around a year, and I could not be happier with the results. Both my boxing technique and fitness level have improved significantly during this time.

Jack is very experienced, and has a deep understanding and knowledge of both boxing and gym training. He helped me perfect my technique for key compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, and bench press, and enabled and empowered me to start boxing from scratch improving my technique and my understanding of the sport continuously and quickly.

Jack's approach is methodical and structured, and he focused on correcting even small form mistakes and making me understand the rationale, allowing me to progress very fast, and without injuries. He's also very professional, attentive to details, and just a great person to be around.

I had a great experience training with Jack and would highly recommend him as a coach. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented.

Jack helped me learn correct technique on key lifts such as deadlifts, squats, Bulgarian split squats, and more. He pays close attention to detail and is very precise in his coaching, making sure every movement is done properly and safely.

His programming is structured and clear, with training split across four main areas: technique, power, explosive work, and mobility/stretching. This quantitative and well-planned approach made progress easy to track and kept the sessions focused and effective.

The training I did with Jack contributed to strong results in regional and national judo competitions. If you’re looking for a coach who values correct technique, smart programming, and consistent progress, I would definitely recommend him.

I started boxing with Jack in 2021 when I had a ruptured ACL ligament. Despite my injury, Jack spent the time teaching me the correct technique without causing me anymore pain or injury. Following my surgery, he not only got my footwork back into play, but structured my boxing training around my essential physiotherapy.

Jack had extensive knowledge about my injury and was able to get my movement back far quicker than even the physiotherapists predicted. From that point on I would also do personal training sessions with Jack in the gym, learning how to lift weights correctly after years of putting myself at risk.

Jack is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and generally just a great coach/personal trainer. There is no other professional in his field I would rather work with.
