Hi! I'm Jack, and I'm a PT at Victoria Leisure Centre.
Having coached young men and adults in prison to live healthier lives through changing their behaviour, I've decided to use this experience and skills to move into the fitness industry and work on something positive with my clients, helping them to smash their fitness goals.
I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. I have 3 physical conditions which affect my ability to exercise. But I've found a way to adapt around them and work with them, not against them. Understanding that everyone has their own quirks, preferences and abilities is so important - which is why I will work with every client to see what will, what could, and what won't work. I want to work with clients to help them focus on themselves - no one else.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply boost your overall well-being, I'll create a tailored training plan that suits your lifestyle, needs, and goals. No matter where you're starting from, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. I'll also be asking you what kind of trainer you need me to be - some prefer a stronger, more authoritative approach (think Army Drill Sergeant), whereas others could prefer a kinder approach. I'm comfortable in adapting to what works for you.

Working with Jack has been empowering. He is helping me take control of my life physically which also helps me mentally. As a post- menopausal retired women it’s easy to feel as though I have lost my place as part of society and that I shouldn’t be doing weights or trying to be the best version of myself I can be. He has shown me that I can be the person I used to be but better, if that’s what I want.
I look forward to our sessions even though I will be challenged, what would be the point otherwise.
I didn’t know a PT could be so understanding and genuinely caring. If you have any worries that a PT might not be for you - have sessions with Jack and it will change your mind.

Sessions with Jack are genuinely motivating and inspiring. After being out of practice for a while, I’ve already noticed such a boost in my confidence after each session. He doesn’t just provide great PT sessions – he’s a real motivator who helps shift my mindset on days when I’m not feeling my best. I’m really excited to keep going and work towards getting back to where I want to be. My confidence improved from day one, and I couldn’t have done that without Jack’s support.

I have had 3 sessions with Jack ! And I couldn't describe enough of how amazing he is ! I suffer with anxiety and ever since I have been coming to his sessions I feel like a different person! He is most loveliest person ! Every lesson he is always motivating me and giving me tips during the lesson!
If you are looking for a PT I would definitely recommend Jack ! Cause you won't get one as good as Jack ! If there was more than 5 starts I would put more down !

Jack is an amazing PT! He’s so supportive, motivating and really knows what he’s doing. He always pushes and motivates me to do things in the gym that I never thought I could. Before I started my sessions with him I had so much anxiety about going to the gym, but now I honestly feel like a different person. He always makes me feel comfortable and confident. If I could rate him more than 5 stars I definitely would! I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing he is. You should definitely go to him — Jack is an absolute star! ⭐️💪✨
