I'm a dedicated personal trainer committed to helping people build stronger bodies, greater confidence, and sustainable healthy habits. I specialise in strength training, fat loss, muscle building, and overall fitness, working with clients of all experience levels from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to those looking to push past plateaus. With experience in boxing, I bring a unique edge to my coaching combining technical boxing fundamentals, footwork, and conditioning with structured strength training. This allows my clients to improve cardiovascular endurance, coordination, power, and mental toughness while still working toward goals like fat loss, muscle building, and overall fitness.
