My name is Jackie and I have always loved working out and my passion for exercise has continued over the years.
After working in the NHS for many years, I have now followed my dreams and re trained as a personal trainer and I have also qualified as a Certified mental health and exercise coach.
I am committed to working as an encouraging and non judgemental personal trainer / exercise coach, and I am passionate about encouraging and helping people with all levels of fitness, to start and continue their fitness journey, in a supportive gym environment, helping you to reach your goals.
I will help you feel the benefits of exercise on both your physical and mental health, through exercising with me, to become more confident and feel empowered. My mission is to provide you with the knowledge, support, and motivation you will need to build sustainable and healthy habits.
I will provide challenging workouts, tailored to your goals to boost your confidence and I will encourage you to learn to feel the best version of yourself, and to begin to benefit from all of the bi products of exercise.

We have been working with Jackie on a weekly basis for around 10 months so far. She is encouraging, caring and makes the sessions fun too! Always listening to our needs and goals, she pushes us to achieve our best and we always feel better after the session than we did when we started! She is really invested in helping our fitness journey. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Jackie for several months now with a view to building strength and stamina to hold back the effects of middle age and keep active.
Jackie has been brilliant at guiding our sessions to ensure that I’m pushing hard enough to make progress but balancing that with proper form and technique to ensure safe exercising.

I’ve been working out with Jackie on a regular basis. She is always professional and we have a great rapport when working out. She plans the lessons and will accommodate any issues that arise. I feel more confident and healthier since I’ve been training with Jackie. Being a MHEC coach she has great all round knowledge on mental health, nutrition and exercise combined.

Today is the beginning of life changes.
It took me a lifetime to physically walk in to a gym I was scared always been obese and my confidence in myself is at the lowest.
There on exit Jackie stopped me introduced herself and she noticed a difference in the start and end of the session.
I immediately felt secure and took Jackie up on the taster session,
I am so pleased I went we had a great chat and already Jackie knew me I enjoyed her session and for once in my life I had time for me and didn't feel out of place.
Jackie is very good at adapting to what is doable and her positive attitude shines through.

I booked a taster PT session with Jackie. She is a wonderful lady with extensive knowledge specifically around body fitness. She took the time to get to know my goals and made me feel at ease whilst also informing me on every step. Can’t wait to Get going on the 6 week plans we’ve made. Thanks a lot!
