Having been in the PT/sporting industry for many years I know:
Training serves multiple purposes, such as helping you change your physical appearance, strengthening you mentally, as well as all the health benefits of strong muscles, bones and immune system. This all leads to positive benefits, that are very crucial aspects to life.

With or without my Level 3 PT qualification, I have the skill set to transform your body, in a healthy way. I will motivate you and keep sessions interesting, and effective. I once was in a place physically that I was not happy with and yes it takes time and consistency, but you will get there! I will only offer a service to people, that I have experienced and tried myself.

I've been going to the Gym for the better part of my life, I've been in the fitness industry myself, as a football coach & swimming instructor. Jaden, after a few sessions, showed me there is room for more knowledge and a different way a looking at fitness.
I had hit a wall, doing the same things day in day out, because it's what I knew. He took me out of my comfort zone, corrected me on my form and showed me a completely different way of achieving my goals, without being pushy, whilst working out alongside me (which is a great motivator). Most of all, he's very knowledgeable and has a great demeanour & energy about him, it's infectious. I've seen massive results in a few sessions already. He will be my Go To for recommendation for all of my friends & family.

I heartily recommend Jaden as a personal trainer. I was never a natural at sports at school and so on, and that carried through into quite a lot of self-consciousness about working out, going to the gym etc. But Jaden absolutely took me as I was when we started training, and began to patiently work with all these hang-ups of mine. With loads of genuine encouragement, and the result has been that my confidence has increased loads and I now really enjoy going the gym by myself, as well as my weekly sessions with Jaden. He has a really intuitive personal approach which has worked brilliantly for me!

Jaden is a fantastic PT whose energy, enthusiasm and knowledge are an inspiration. He is always punctual and fully engaged in every session. He has an innate sense of one’s strengths and limitations and knows how far he can push you to give your best effort during a session. He’s also very safety conscious and communicates clearly how to execute each exercise safely and without injury.
