Hey, I'm Jake Caulfield, a Personal Trainer based at Blaydon Leisure Centre. My passion for health and fitness began in 2013, when I started boxing from the age of 7 and found my passion after a few years of training to help others train and better themselves since that’s what my coach had done for me. This inspired me to turn that passion into a career where I help others achieve their goals.
I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness targets.

I've been working with jake for under a year highly recommend he has helped me gain so much confidence in myself. I have tried training with other personal trainers but stopped because I didnt feel motivated to go hes an excellent personal trainer.
