I Started with James in December after thinking about PT sessions for a while. I booked a block of 12 sessions after meeting with him for my trial session. James understood the reality of working full time alongside being a parent and finding the time/energy to go to the gym. The sessions have been really beneficial and have noticed the difference in my strength, appearance and motivation. Recently I moved to James’ online app where he’s put together workouts which I can do in my own time and he provides regular feedback. Recently I had a neck/shoulder injury and he tailored a workout to take this into account and still allow me to do some form of workout without exacerbating it. James knows his stuff, very friendly and down to earth and grateful for his input over the last few months. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a PT that goes with your pace with an extra push but not going too far to leave you hanging the next day! Thanks James!

He explained very clearly what each exercise was for and is flexible enough to adapt each session around what feedback I give him or how I am feeling in the day.I have no regrets contacting him; I only wish I'd done it sooner.
