Hello! I am Mr Happy Go Lucky person. I started my personal training business -D.O.BF1Tness in 2016. I am originally for East London, I moved to Surrey to start a family and build my personal training business.

With 10 years experience as a personal trainer, being energetic while bringing a positive vibe to my sessions. If you are looking for a personal trainer who is approachable, highly motivational, and committed to helping you achieve results, then I am the right person for you.

I have extensive experience and expertise in training individuals of all ages and genders, focusing on various goals such as weight loss, bodybuilding, fitness, and strength and conditioning.

My aim is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness targets. I worked with James for about 18 months only having to leave due to injury . James is a fantastic coach and I would highly recommend him , he has a great knowledge of training and recovery and helped me considerably. It’s not until you work with someone like James that you realise why you need a coach and you should have got him to help you ages ago .
