Hey there! I'm James Mepham, a dedicated Personal Trainer at Tunbridge Wells Leisure Centre, Fusion Gym. My fitness journey kicked off in 2020, driven by my passion for pushing physical boundaries. As someone who's completed marathons in under 3 hours 30 minutes, will be competing in Paris HYROX, and trained alongside semi-professional footballers, I understand what it takes to achieve ambitious fitness goals.
