Sport and fitness has been a part of my life since early childhood, I started swimming when I was 3, and picked up a Tennis racket for the first time at 6. Through school and university I have played many more sports from American Football and Rugby, to Hockey and Cricket. I used a gym for the 1st time when I was 14. Going on to weight lifting and sports specific training for tennis and later on contact sports. Now I train purely for myself; you will see me training most days, so feel free to approach me and ask questions or just say “hi”. As a Personal Trainer I completely revolve around you and what you want to achieve. So whether it be weight loss management or gaining lean mass. As long as you’re willing to work hard in the gym and be disciplined with your nutrition, you can rely on me to do the rest for you, including nutrition plans, periodised training and much more.
