My Name is James Wilkinson, I am a 25-year-old personal trainer who is deeply passionate and motivated by the gym and fitness. Having embarked on a transformative weight loss journey myself, I immediately understand the challenges and triumphs in which come along with any fitness journey. My own personal journey has inspired to help others achieve their own goals.
I want to make the gym a place where you feel comfortable and excited to be; creating an environment where the gym becomes your second home. Whether we’re breaking old habits or setting and achieving new goals, we will make this happen with a mix of determination and fun. This could involve either shedding a few pounds, putting on some muscle or simply just improving overall health, we will work together to transform not only your physique, but tackle lifestyle habits head on through bespoke training plans, support and advice.

I have done 4 sessions with James and he has guided me well showing me new workouts I can try for my goals. I’ve said what I want to achieve and he has based the sessions around that which has worked really well and taught me a lot.

I have worked with James for a number of months now both in the gym and online coaching. My fitness aims were to improve strength and muscular endurance which I can say James has helped improve massively. During this time I feel much more confident in the gym and my form has improved significantly preventing injuries. I've trained with James for a few sessions now and he's helped me put together a few workouts specific to my goals, which are mainly sports and strength related. He's really helped me on ensuring proper form so that I get the most out of each exercise. My strength has definitely improved since working with James and there's been a noticable difference when playing sport.
