If you’re dealing with pain, niggles or a body that just doesn’t seem to “cooperate” anymore, my job is to help you get strong, confident and genuinely functional again, without wrecking your joints in the process. I specialise in taking people who feel tight, fragile or “stuck” in their bodies and giving them clear, structured training that actually fits around real life, busy schedules and long working days.
I’m a London-based personal trainer and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) specialist, with a background in High-Intensity Strength Training (HIST) and biomechanics-focused coaching. Over the years, I’ve worked with office workers, business owners and everyday people dealing with old injuries, hypermobility, low energy and “I've-tried-everything” frustration, helping them build strength, stability and trust in their bodies again.
My approach is slow, precise, and results-driven. I care far more about how well you move than how fast. Sessions are built around a detailed assessment, MAT to address weaknesses and compensation patterns (if needed), and intelligent strength training so you feel stronger, more stable and in control, not smashed. I’m continuously studying and refining my methods in Muscle Activation Techniques, High-Intensity Strength Training and exercise mechanics so you get evidence-based coaching rather than random workouts.

I’ve had a really positive experience training with Jaime. He is very attentive during every session and always makes sure I’m comfortable and confident with each exercise. He explains things clearly and is also very flexible with workout styles and is always happy to adapt sessions based on how I’m feeling or what I want to focus on. He really listens and takes feedback on board, which makes the training feel personalised and effective.
