Hi, my name is Jamie and I'm a fully qualified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer through North East Scotland College. I've been training for over 5 years, exploring different training methods from powerlifting to bodybuilding.
I started my journey back in high school when I was underweight and wanting to build self confidence. The gym has helped me transform physically and mentally, I grew stronger, healthier and more motivated in life.
I aim to use my experiences to inspire clients to not only stay consistent but also build confidence and find enjoyment in their own training. I believe the gym isn't just about improvement, it's also about having fun, building momentum and creating a lifestyle that stays.

I had been spinning my wheels strength training for about 6 months without seeing results and decided to reach out to Jamie. He has tailored each of our sessions to maximize our time together and put together a manageable timeline to help reach my goals. He is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely encouraging.
