As a former British Army soldier, I've always been passionate about fitness and pushing myself to the limit. Over the years, I've trained in various disciplines, including boxing, MMA, weight training, and cross-country running.

I’ve had 3 sessions with Jason at Halo Gym and would highly recommend him. We had an initial meeting beforehand where we discussed my goals, what fitness I’d done in the past and where I was at physically. He is very easy to talk to and is flexible and very supportive. He focuses on proper form and is always happy to tweak and exercises to take account of my past injuries. He is very motivating in a supportive way. I particularly like the way he checks in regularly. If you’re feeling nervous about joining the gym/getting a personal trainer it’s definitely worth giving Jason a shout

Great First Session with Jason Ives

I had my first personal training session with Jason Ives, and it was genuinely impressive. Even in just one session, Jason showed a clear understanding of how to tailor a workout to my individual needs and fitness level. He was professional, friendly, and really easy to work with.

Excellent First Session with Jason Ives
