What can I say, Jason is a lovely,kind hearted and friendly PT. I had my first session with Jason back in March. I was struggling to get myself motivated and into a routine that I wanted to stick to. I struggled at first and wasn’t confident in doing anything. But that soon changed with Jason’s help.

Jason took so much time to get to know me and talked to me about what I wanted to achieve and get out of my sessions. He really pushes you to your limits but you feel amazing afterwards.

I don’t know where I would be if it wasn’t for Jason’s help and support. I don’t have a bad word to say. He is a great person and I couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer!

I have had Jason as a PT for over a year and I joined up with him purely to help me lose weight. I had been a member of various gyms for years but I was always doing the same thing and basically stuck to the treadmill and crosstrainer. Not only have I lost around 15kg in the time I’ve been with Jason I have also fallen in love with weight training, he helps me to push myself and often believes in me more than I believe in myself by making me lift heavier than I would on my own. I am so pleased with the progress I have made and Jason has been a massive part of it.

When I met Jason 6 months ago I was recovering from a broken leg and had back and shoulder problems. I am 65 and felt really old!
He has helped me so much. Leg better, backache gone completely and shoulder improving.
He makes our twice weekly gym sessions so enjoyable and I come away with a great sense of achievement. I am definitely
developing some muscle tone (for the summer!) but, most of all, I have so much more energy now and feel really well.
My husband is so jealous of what I have achieved that he has just signed up with Jason as well.
Jason is aware that we are not all born athletes and can work around our weak places. I can not recommend him highly enough

I hated going to the gym, it was boring, no one to push me - I didn’t really know what I was doing until I met Jason.
He challenges me with weights and exercises and knows exactly how to target and strengthen the right muscles, fixing problems that have been on going for years, lower back and shoulder aches.
Jason is chatty and funny and makes training enjoyable, (well not that good), but he pushes me to do more than I would on my own!
My body shape has changed and the weight is coming off and I feel better than I’ve done for 30 years. Thank you Jason

I can highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer. He has taken time to understand my dyspraxia and put together a training plan that suits me. I am already feeling motivated and energised after eight sessions. Jason has a good sense of humour and is very authentic and easy to talk to. Sue W
