Hey, I’m Jay and I am a Personal Trainer based at Energise. You might recognise me from a class you’ve taken or from the gym floor as I work here as a class and fitness instructor too.

I’ve loved health and fitness for as long as I can remember, I’ve played sports like rugby, netball and football competitively all my life and coached many of these too. Although I have always been all in for my physical health I hugely neglected my mental health and my life started unfolding pretty quickly. It was at this point that I started really getting into resistance training, in particular powerlifting, and honestly it changed my life. This has always been my driving force to turn my passion into a career and help others achieve their goals.

I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and achieve their fitness targets.

Jay is an excellent trainer. She is very skilled at what she does and always takes the time to ensure exercises are done correctly and safely. I’ve gained a lot from her guidance, especially in learning the proper techniques and improving my form. She creates routines that are tailored to my needs and abilities, which makes the sessions both effective and enjoyable. I really appreciate her support, knowledge, and encouragement throughout my training. Highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated trainer!
