Hi, I’m Remell (Jay), a Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 8 years of training experience and a passion for helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident.
I specialise in muscle building, body toning and sustainable fat loss through personalised training programmes tailored to your goals, experience and lifestyle.
My coaching is built around proper technique, progressive overload and long-term consistency. I believe real results come from building habits you can maintain, not relying on quick fixes.
