My passion for health and fitness began in 2015, during a challenging time when I was overcoming an eating disorder. Fitness helped me rebuild both physically and mentally - helping me build self-esteem and confidence and that journey inspired me to help others make powerful, positive changes in their own lives.
Fitness is about more than your appearance. It’s about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your body. My mission is to give every client the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable habits and achieve long-term success.
Alongside personalised training programmes, I also offer nutritional guidance to help you fuel your body properly, create healthier habits, and support your goals inside and outside the gym. Together, we’ll make sure your training and nutrition work hand-in-hand.
