Hey, I'm Jermaine Tonge, a Personal Trainer based at Lillie Road Fitness Centre. My fitness journey began in 2009 when I discovered the transformative power of building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle through making better health choices and investing in both my mental and physical wellbeing. That pivotal moment inspired me to become a Personal Trainer, so I could help others experience the same positive changes.
I believe fitness is a personal journey, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. My mission is to work with you, adapting to your specific needs, circumstances, and goals. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push past a plateau, I'll be there with patience, reliability, and genuine passion to support you every step of the way.
What drives me is seeing my clients build confidence, strength, and sustainable habits that fit into their real lives. I'm here to create personalised training programmes that work for you - whether that's weight loss, muscle building, prehab - rehab, from injuries as well as illnesses. My aim is to help improve clients fitness levels, or simply feeling healthier and more energised.

I highly recommend Jermaine he has been my PT for a couple of months and I see amazing results he is extremely professional and helps you reach your goal in the best way possible. I have lost so much weight and I feel much stronger since being on his program.
