After going through my own weight loss journey in 2020, I found a love & passion for
health & fitness and got a buzz from helping other people achieve their goals.
I have been in the fitness industry for years now & in that time I have helped many men
& women build their confidence & knowledge in the gym as well as surpassing their
fitness goals and pushing them to be the best versions of themselves.

I also believe it is important as a trainer to consistently grow & develop our knowledge.
to stay up to date to ensure we can give you the most up to date & effective service. I
currently spend my free time studying for my Level 4 in nutrition for weight management
& athletic performance & I can't wait to see how this can benefit my clients.

Having a trainer is a very personal experience, we will get to know each other well, learn.
what works for you & tailor everything to fit your needs, your lifestyle, your injuries &
build a pathway to get you to where you want to be; we don't expect you to be perfect,
we just need you to be consistent & never give up!

My whole life I’ve been watching people coming to gym with confidence and wanted the same but never had a courage to do so. I decided to get a help from professional trainer and that’s how by pure luck got into work with Jess. Thanks to her sessions I’ve become fitter and stronger. She is given me so much knowledge and mental support. Gym is my safe place now I truly enjoy. I’m happy to be in her powerful team! so don’t hesitate, Jess is the best PT for you!

I have been training with Jess for a year now and its always tge highlight of my day.
When I first contacted Jess I had just had a baby and was looking forward to work on my strength and go back to my old workout routines. Jess has been invaluable for me to achieve these goals, she carefully thinks about my workout plans adjusting them to my needs. I have been with Jess from day 1. When I first started with Jess I had never trained properly in my life and I would never of gone into a gym by myself but I have the confidence to do so now! Jess does online coaching with me and a regular in person session to keep on top of my progress, she has sent me demo videos for exercises I’m not sure of, I send her videos of what I am doing so she can advise on my form and she has really helped me reach goals I never thought I would reach both physically and mentally!
Whether you are looking to lose weight, gain weight, get stronger or train for a competition Jess is the perfect all rounder PT.
I will always recommend Jess as a PT, you’ll only wonder why you didn’t start with her sooner!
