Hi, my name is Joanne and I am a multi faceted exercise professional that has been in this industry for over twelve years years. Your goal is my goal.

I am very passionate about giving you what you need and getting you your chosen results. I want your time with me to be life changing, adopting better habits, improving your lifestyle and of course getting fitter and stronger.

I understand that adopting new fitness habits can sometimes be difficult and often fails. I want to change your view on fitness so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle and can be fun and enjoyable. I work with all levels and abilities from beginner to advanced. All ages.

I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. I have been training with Jo for nearly 4 years and she is the best PT I have worked with. Jo packs a lot into the one hour a week I spend with her and I have seen my fitness steadily increase. Every week is different and I always finish the session feeling so much better than when I started - both physically and emotionally. She's able to think on her feet and adapt what she has planned if I turn up and complain of a particular ache or pain. Her knowledge of a huge range of exercises and how to get the most out of different equipment (or just using body weight) is phenomenal and she can also advise on healthy eating. She's sympathetic and understanding and very good at motivating me - just what I need!
