Jonny has been my PT for 8 months now and he as really improved my fitness level but importantly he works with you to get your training exercises and your form right which is really important. Always friendly and attentive he will push you past what you would achieve on your own but always happy to drop a gear if you are finding it too tough in any one week. He will regularly introduce new excercises into your programme to avoid things becoming repetitive.

Jonny is a really good PT, very patient and has high attention to detail to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. Thanks to Jonny I lost 4kg in two months. I have had several PT instructors and he is one of the best PT instructors I have had. I would recommend Jonny if you are looking to get and fit and lose weight.

Jonny has been my PT for the last 4 months and he's been great. I was looking to build muscle and get more defined, and my weekly session with him along with the program he created for me, has resulted in noticeable differences.

Jonny is a friendly personable individual and he is really knowledgeable about anything gym related. He's quick to spot and correct any issues or point out any small changes which could help improve your form.

He has also been good at pushing me at the gym, and as he tracks everything, I've been able to see my progression over time.

Overall I've been really happy with Jonny and would easily recommend him.

Jonny is the best PT in town. I am SO HAPPY I found him. I look forward to our training session every week. Jonny is so friendly, encouraging and has tons of knowledge all things training. He makes sure my technique is tight and has a custom training plan ready for every session. I also really enjoy the goal setting program he uses and how he keeps track of all my progress. Training with Jonny is my favourite part of the week!
