I had my first PT session with Jordan since giving birth and I felt Jordan really helped build my confidence back in the gym. He designed my workout for areas I wanted to focus on and build strength in.
I really enjoyed it and left the gym feeling great - I can’t wait for my next session!

I came to Jordan for a leg specific strength and conditioning session to help improve in my upcoming running races.
During the session, Jordan noticed I had some weakness in my left glute and had poor hamstring mobility.
From the exercises Jordan gave me, I am already feeling the benefit in my running!
I would highly recommend Jordan, and look forward to our next session.
