Having been involved and interested in sport and fitness from a young age, I studied a Bsc in Health Exercise & Physical
Activity to further enhance my knowledge and attributes so I can provide the best for my clients alongside my 8 years qualified as a Personal Trainer.

I was sceptical about hiring Jordan as a PT, having been with him a good few months now il forever be happy with the choice I made and il recommend him to anyone who asks me if I know a good PT. He’s punctual, professional and fun! I’ve gained weight (which was my goal) and I’ve learnt so much from him regarding nutrition and form in the gym. Initially booked 5 sessions, I’m now over 20 sessions deep with no end in sight. Big thank you bro :)
