Hey, I'm Justin Stephenson, a Personal Trainer based at Forest Hill Pools. My fitness journey began in 2012, rooted in my background as a track and field athlete, competing as a 100m and 200m sprinter. A defining moment came when I entered my first powerlifting competition and won it on my debut attempt. This achievement ignited my passion to pursue personal training as a career, where I could help others discover their own potential.
