Karen is an excellent instructor. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and her energy is inspiring. She has the perception and emotional intelligence to pitch her training at just the right mix of carrot and stick for each individual. She is hard-working and motivated - taking the time and trouble to make each session fresh and engaging - there is always enough fun to make it enjoyable, but enough challenge to make you feel you are achieving your goals. She is engaging and positive, and she somehow manages to make hard work seem worthwhile and fun!

Karen is the best. So helpful and always has different options for different exercises. In time you will be able to do the exercises but starting off you can do something else that still works. Karen is very friendly and full of knowledge
