Our body is our one and only home, the space that we occupy throughout our lives and we have the power to make it the best place to live - physically, mentally and spiritually.

I work holistically- because it's NEVER just one thing. Improving your health and fitness means making changes to your lifestyle choices, it's not a quick fix and consistency is the key to get you where you want to go.

I will help you reach your goals whatever they may be - including greater cardio endurance, fat loss success, improved flexibility, increased strength - with care, compassion and support.

I would like to say Karen is an amazing trainer. . Karen is so knowledgeable on all aspects of the gym. I’ve been training for quite a few months now. What can I say except Karen is amazing. She is so informative about nutrition , exercise , menopause., And so much more. We had a great consultation to find out goals. Karen has put herself out to do sessions around my commitments . . The programmes are sent to me so I can train in between . I’ve lost weight , got stronger and fitter. Karen is conscientious and so easy to get on with. Well recommend.
