I began my fitness journey in 2013, leading to a significant personal transformation.

Ever since I was 18, I’ve wanted to gain weight. Everyone I met would tell me I was too skinny and looked unhealthy. I had worked with countless personal trainers before, but nothing ever worked — I thought maybe it was just my genetics. But then I met Karthick, and that’s when the miracle happened.
With his dedicated guidance and close supervision, I gained 6 kg in just two months — something I never thought was possible! He trains me with so much patience and attention, always encouraging me to push through efficient workouts. He also keeps track of my diet and even checks in on my exercise routines when I’m traveling for work.
