I’m Katie, a dedicated personal trainer who takes a holistic approach to fitness and overall well-being. My mission is to help you get fitter and healthier by building sustainable habits and setting realistic goals we can work towards together. I believe in empowering you to achieve lasting success—no quick fixes or short-term transformations here!

My fitness journey began with aerial arts, and over time, I’ve focused on building strength, mobility, and flexibility to support my practice. This diverse experience enables me to create personalised workouts that not only deliver results but also help you move safely, efficiently, and with confidence.

Whether you're just starting out or already have gym experience, I’ll support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll combine effective training with guidance on nutrition, recovery, and mental wellness, creating a balanced approach that works for your life. Fitness should be enjoyable, and my goal is to make it just that—helping you become stronger, fitter, and more confident while prioritising your overall well-being. We’ll work together towards the best version of you.

Katie has been amazing. She is helping me get back into running without pain and gave me daily exercises that really improved my aches and pains. The 1-on-1 sessions are always challenging (in a good way!) and kept me motivated. Highly recommend if you want someone who knows how to get results.

I've been working with Katie for around 8 weeks now, 3 sessions a week.

Katie developed a rotating plan of exercises designed to gradually improve my capability. The sessions feel really well organised, with Katie providing expert tuition in how to perform each exercise, this was really useful for me as I hadn't worked out in a gym before.

In addition to the support at the gym Katie has provided advice on sleep and nutrition which has really supported my move to a healthy, more active lifestyle.

8 weeks on and I'm feeling great with more energy, the ability to plan my own workouts a gym and progression in the exercises we've been doing. I'm hooked!

If you're thinking about making a lifestyle change I'd strongly recommend training with Katie!

I signed up with Katie about 3 months ago and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. Returning to exercise had felt daunting, but she has made it really enjoyable, challenging but manageable, and I have definitely noticed the benefits both to my fitness and strength, but also my confidence . She really listens, and is genuinely supportive of your goals. Very highly recommended!
