I understand that there is no one size fits all approach to Personal Training, every client is different and has different needs.
I always take the time that’s needed to get to know a client and their specific goals and needs in order to create a training programme to help and take them where they want to be.
Always making sure that my client gets the focus and attention that they need to make meaningful differences to their health and fitness. Teaching clients how to train safely and effectively is paramount.

I have over 20 years experience in the fitness and sports Industry, growing up in Grenada taking part in many sports, then moving to Canada as a teenager, coaching basketball and table tennis.
I have many great athletes in my family tree including the 2012 Olympic Gold medalist, 2016 Olympic Silver medalist and 2021 Bronze medalist in the 400 metres, Kirani James is my first cousin.

I offer sessions of :
45 minutes
60 minutes
Combine one to one in gym sessions and online training session when clients is away a from the gym.

Purchasing block sessions gives you the flexibility to train as many times per week as you may wish.
I look forward to sharing my expertise with you all the while achieve your goals with a smile on your face.

Kelly is an exceptional trainer with an extensive knowledge not only of training technics but also in a rehab therapy. Has has helped me immensely to build up my confidence again in returning to training post shoulder injury. My shoulder pain and strength is improving with a fast rate thanks to Kelly. His one to one PT is never on repeat and he is always introducing a new variety of technics and equipment. My PTs are always fun but challenging enough to work harder each week. I highly recommend Kelly as your PT!

That's not to say he won't put you through a great workout, you'll just enjoy yourself no matter how hard it is. There is no one better.

Even when I moved offices over the years, I always stayed at that gym, simply because Kelly was there and he contributes hugely to the atmosphere of any room he's in. His energy and enthusiasm is infectious and I always trained better when he was around.

In short, I wouldn't use anyone else as a PT, so long as he is available. Book him as soon as you can, you won't regret it!

I’ve been training with Kelly for over 5 years now and he’s easily the best (and most reliable) personal trainer I’ve ever had. He always turns up to our sessions with a smile and tailors each session to help me reach my goals.

He is super flexible and will train you either in the gym or over zoom (and works with the equipment you have to hand). I’d definitely recommend Kelly.
