Working with me means I'll introduce you to the benefits of strength and conditioning as well as active recovery for fat loss, building muscle, recovery from soreness and relief from stiffness in addition to corrective exercises for long term relief and improved posture. I specialised in strength and conditioning, active recovery and body recomposition gaining my knowledge through a combined total of 8 years experience as a child athlete, playing county level rugby and amateur level boxing.

Kevin has been a delight to train with! Incredibly knowledgeable and tailors the workouts to myself.
I have 2 sessions a week with him and in one of the sessions we work on dynamic stretching, which I’ve never done before. It really helped open me up and get myself ready for a hard week of training. The other session we work on weighted mobility which I believe has improved my overall lifting ability. Excited to see how far we can push it!

Working with Kevin is great! He’s very personable and has a plan of what he would like to achieve with you. I tried a few sessions and I was convinced from the beginning. Looking forward to firing off this training period with him.

Learn to brace and strengthen my core with corrective exercises has helped my sore back, tight hips and even improved my sex life.
