Working with me means getting a structured but supportive approach to training that helps you feel stronger, move better, and build a body that performs well in everyday life. My sessions combine strength and conditioning with active recovery to support fat loss, muscle building, and overall physical resilience—without unnecessary complexity.
I place a strong emphasis on improving movement quality, reducing stiffness and soreness, and building long-term strength through smart, well-planned training. Alongside this, I use corrective and mobility-based exercises to help improve posture, prevent injury, and support long-term progress, not just short-term results.
My background in sport plays a big role in how I coach. With over 9 years of combined experience through competitive rugby at county level and amateur boxing, I understand the importance of discipline, consistency, and recovery. That experience allows me to tailor training to suit both performance-focused goals and lifestyle-based transformations.

Had incredible workouts and proper instruction on the correct forms and how to stretch out properly. Leg workout took a week to recover from and I’ve never felt such a full recovery in such short a time.

I have been training with Kevin for a couple months now and feel so much better both physically and mentally. Kevin has me lifting more than I thought I was capable of and every session leaves me feeling stronger. As well as being a great trainer, Kevin is a lovely person. We chat about films between sets and when I am struggling, he is very patient and adjusts the sessions accordingly often incorporating both stretching and lifting which has been great for my back pain, which I now rarely feel. Every session is very informative and I have learned a lot through training with Kevin.

Kevin has been a delight to train with! Incredibly knowledgeable and tailors the workouts to myself.
I have 2 sessions a week with him and in one of the sessions we work on dynamic stretching, which I’ve never done before. It really helped open me up and get myself ready for a hard week of training. The other session we work on weighted mobility which I believe has improved my overall lifting ability. Excited to see how far we can push it!
