With a strong background in both personal training and psychology, I bring a unique, holistic approach to fitness that supports not just your physical transformation but your mental well-being too. I’ve been in the fitness industry for several years, working with a wide range of clients to improve strength, mobility, body confidence, and overall lifestyle.
My philosophy is simple: mindset + movement = long-term success. I believe in building realistic, enjoyable routines that keep clients motivated and empowered both inside and outside the gym. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling better in your own skin, I will guide and support you with personalised programs, nutritional advice, and continuous motivation.
I currently manage fitness at Canons Leisure Centre and also deliver group classes including aquarobics, spin, and strength & conditioning.
