Hi, I'm Kieren and I have been a Personal Trainer for 5 years. Fitness, exercise and sport have been in my life from a young age, having played football throughout my life, coaching Football in the USA and diversifying into athletics, competing in High Jump.

Throughout my time in education, I became increasingly interested in the body and how training can affect our bodies and our mood! Due to this, I became a Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Professional. This means that if your goal is to shed a few pounds, put on some muscle mass, train for an upcoming sport season or improve a condition/injury you may have, I can help!

Whether you're totally new to the gym or an experienced gym user, I will provide you with a tailored, bespoke training programme to help you reach your goals. I will also be there to support you every step of the way!

Kieren is a very knowledgable personal trainer who will always work with you to ensure your goals as well as passing his knowledge on to you to help enhance your training and fitness.

I’ve done numerous sessions with Kieren which has helped my flexibility, movement and overall strength and couldn’t recommend anyone better.
