I have a lifelong passion for health and fitness with a background in dance, tennis, bodybuilding and Muay Thai. From all of the above I have drawn varying skills and techniques which have helped me to develop a fun and individual approach to exercise. I create personalised training programmes to fit your individual needs combining strength & conditioning, speed, agility, movement skills, balance, postural alignment, anaerobic conditioning and padwork. For me fitness has always been about empowering my clients to become stronger not only physically but mentally.
