Hello there, I'm Kyle, a passionate personal trainer with over 2 years of dedicated experience helping individuals of all ages, from teens to older adults, achieve their fitness goals!

My journey into personal training began over 5 years ago when I embarked on my own fitness quest. I've walked the path of shedding body fat, building muscle, and even hitting specific athletic milestones. This firsthand experience allows me to empathise with your journey, knowing the challenges and triumphs that come with it.

As a female boxer I didn’t feel as though I needed much guidance on my gym routine, but I was soon proved wrong.

After partaking in a taster session with Kyle, I was completely astounded but in a positive way! The quality of training that I received from him was totally unmatched, he completely catered to my fitness needs by selecting exercises that specifically targeted my goals and was available to answer any fitness related queries that aI had.

Not only was he professional, motivational and encouraging throughout, but he pushed me to limits that I didn’t know I was capable of, as well as creating a highly beneficial nutritional plan for me to follow in line with my schedule.

It’s evident that Kyle can adapt to training with all ages and abilities, he has a passion for his job and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through fitness.

Kyle has been very supportive in my recovery journey after my leg injury. Creating a new gym plan to help me build my strength and muscle back around my injury - in terms of recovery this has made a huge difference for my healing. Without his assistance I genuinely believe my recovery would've been very difficult.
