Being a sports coach for over 10 years and personal training over the last 6 years I have worked with all ages, levels, abilities and continuously supported their development to achieve their goals. Developing a routine that supports your goals and fits into your current lifestyle is the key to success, which is made possible with support, guidance, experience and expertise which is what I provide.
I am a hybrid athlete who has always loved sports from playing Football at semi pro to a variety of sports ; Boxing, Athletics, Basketball, Tennis, Badminton, Gymnastics and Calisthenics achieving accreditations and experience.
In this time I have been able to absorb inclusive knowledge about the body; preparation, exercise, recovery, nutrition and mindfulness, as this supports craving habits, motivation, awareness, accountability and overall positive learning of self.
Always learning from self education, other professionals and achieving accreditations in all areas of fitness and health.
With all I have mentioned I can ensure you I will provide you with great service, support and develop positive habits through exercise and nutrition into the best version of YOU.

Absolutely LOVE training with Kyle. He’s knows when to push you, but he makes it fun and he’s really supportive. He’s always checking form and making sure we performing exercises correctly and safely. Sessions are well-planned and he really helps you to understand why you’re doing and them and the benefits they give. Don’t hesitate, start trading with Kyle!
