Lauren made a bold leap from life in the skies to pursue her true passion—fitness. Now a dedicated personal trainer, she brings her love for movement, performance, and community into every session. A regular Hyrox competitor, Lauren’s training style is rooted in hybrid fitness—blending strength, endurance, and functional performance to deliver powerful results.

Specialising in both strength and cardio, Lauren is particularly passionate about helping women navigate their fitness journeys, especially during pre- and post-pregnancy. She’s become a trusted go-to for women looking to rebuild strength, confidence, and consistency in and out of the gym.
