Are you ready to take control of your fitness journey? With six years of experience as a personal trainer, I help individuals get stronger, leaner, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of. Whether you’re training for a special event, aiming to boost athletic performance, or just starting out, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
With a degree in Nutrition and a PGCert in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, I bring a scientific approach to training. I’ve been published in peer-reviewed journals on fat loss. Specialising in strength training, fat loss, and nutrition, I focus on building sustainable habits that last. I work with clients who are determined to break free from feeling uncomfortable in their own skin—they know that with the right plan, structured support, and accountability, success is within reach.
Having worked with rowing and football clubs to improve body composition, as well as individuals, my background in rowing and ultrarunning (including running 100 miles in 24 hours) has taught me the value of mindset and resilience, which I integrate into every session. Clients experience not only physical transformations but also a boost in confidence and a renewed sense of what they can achieve.
