Hey, I'm Lee Patton, a Personal Trainer based at Bodmin Leisure Centre. My passion for health and fitness began in 2006, when I found a real passion for strength and resistance training, I also ran a half marathon to help me look at different ways of training. This inspired me to turn that passion into a career where I help others achieve their goals.

I believe that fitness is about more than just looking good - it's about feeling strong, confident, and empowered in your own body. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge, support, and motivation they need to build sustainable, healthy habits and smash their fitness targets.

Lee is an amazing personal trainer who really helped me build confidence with strength training and weight lifting. He’s extremely knowledgeable and explains everything clearly, which made me feel much more comfortable and motivated in the gym. He also created a personalised training plan for me that suited my ability and availability throughout the week, which made it much easier to track progress. He knows how to push you to improve while still making sessions enjoyable and tailored to your goals. I’d highly recommend Lee to anyone looking to get into weight training or improve their overall fitness and strength!
