            Hello, I'm Leon a Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people build stronger, fitter and more confident versions of themselves.
My fitness journey started five years ago with running, which taught me discipline and endurance. Soon after that, I spent years immersed in strength training, learning how to lift smarter and push my limits. I’ve also trained in MMA for a year, which has given me a deeper and more meaningful appreciation for athleticism, mobility and mental toughness.
I believe in training that works, not trends, not fads, just science based methods that give real results. Every program I design is backed in evidence-based principles and tailored to your goals, lifestyle and experience level.
