I help everyday people train with purpose, build real strength, and become the most confident version of themselves - inside and outside the gym.

I believe that success and vitality in life is directly linked to the strength, mobility and dexterity of the body, the focus and contentment of the mind and the fuel we provide for both on a daily basis.

As a trainer, I consider it my responsibility to inspire these three levels of wellbeing in all my classes I teach.

My training approach consists of multidisciplinary techniques inspired by my early sporting influences, my professional education and my continued interest in advancing fitness & wellbeing, paired with my love of teaching has allowed me to excel and has contributed to my popularity as a trainer.
I can prioritise my work, follow plans and structure unique and specific training based on individual and group assessment while also utilising my ability to think on the spot and adapt training if needs be.

My enthusiasm for martial arts, lead me to study various crafts throughout the years, such techniques include, Muay Thai, Chinese kick boxing (San Shou), Wing Chun and BJJ and I have competed in various inter clubs competition throughout my training.

For as long as I can remember fitness has been an integral part of my daily routine, I have been privileged to be mentored by a plethora of multi disciplinary athletes, which include competing body builders, marathon runners, marital arts experts and yoga teachers all of whom have contributed to my diverse knowledge of training the body to my client's desired look or feeling.

I have been training with Lewis now for a few months and i can 100% recommend, he also pushes me to get the best out of me but also makes our sessions fun and never disappoints to make me laugh at some point.

Lewis is amazing! as an older woman it was hard for me to really get into the shape i wanted.

Got to say that it's hard work and loving it the more progress I see.

I had a great experience training with Lewis, recovering from illness and lost motivation completely.

I can honestly say, Lewis is a great trainer.
He's been training me for over 2 years, I have lower back problems since birth and more recently neck injury, so we did exercises to strengthen my neck, back and lower back whilst working on my overall physical health and weight management.
Also the fact that he is very respectful, approachable and patient leaves you comfortable to address your fears or concerns with some exercises.

Lewis is an amazing trainer!

I was really lacking confidence and motivation.

I approached Lewis and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and really got me excited to start my fitness journey!

We began with weights and general gym workouts to get me started and then went into boxing and kickboxing training aswell.

I can now say that I am much fitter, healthier and skilled in self defence thanks to Lewis.
