Lewis is friendly, personable and motivating! He helped me feel confidence for equipment in the gym I have never used as a newbie, and the motivation to progress. He was patient and listened! I would recommend him!

Had a PT with Lewis today after having not exercised for quite some time. Lewis asked lots of questions and tailored the work out to my needs. He was knowledgeable, really friendly and pushed me when I needed it and he was also really attentive and reactive when i needed a breather. I had a free 1hr PT session with lewis this morning and I found it great, it definitely took me out my comfort zone as I have never done the workouts that was shown to me before. I struggled a little but lewis had the patience and the motivation to give me to encourage me to push myself outside my boundaries, I will look forward to having more sessions in the future.
