Hi, I'm Lewis, my focus for my clients is getting lasting results in the quickest time possible. Through my 15 years of experience in the fitness industry I have learnt that making progress in every session is fundamental to getting results. I track my clients performance on each strength and cardio exercise that they do, so we are always moving forward. I incorporate boxing pad work training into sessions as clients find it fun and it is great for fitness. I aim to keep my training sessions as functional as possible (stability balls, kettle bells, resistance bands) as this is great for burning calories and improves posture.

I have been working with Lewis for a number of years, starting when I was in rehab from a serious illness. He gives me the structure and discipline I need to keep up regular exercise. I’m very pleased with the way in which his routines help me with strength, flexibility, and general fitness. Lewis is consistently pleasant and friendly, and does a good job of making his programme personal and age-appropriate.

I’ve been having personal fitness training with Lewis for more than 10 years and would recommend him highly. He’s thoughtful about the approach, whether we’re focused on upper body, lower, or core. He’s super friendly, reliable but also understanding if I need to rearrange something at short notice. He thinks creatively - for example during Covid he was able to offer PT sessions in the car park. Definitely 5 stars and I hope to continue the relationship for another 10 years at least.

I made the decision to take a few P/T sessions with Lewis in early 2026 hoping he would help motivate me to exert more effort in my workouts. I had become comfortable at the gym again after recovering from knee surgery. Lewis has helped me to push through and now the changes I see have motivated me so much. I trained with Lewis just once a week and lost nearly 25 kg, which is 4 stone. I am more confident as a person and feel great. Lewis sets me regular obtainable goals, measuring my BMI and body fat % every week. Having that target to work towards really helped me and I eventually got my BMI below 25 (within normal range). Since I started training with Lewis I started with running 10 K and now I have been able to run the great north run which is 13.1 miles without walking. I have gone from a size 18 to a size 12.
